Special Shots are Happening at Falcon Ridge  
We have had a run of special shots at Falcon Ridge lately!

Jason Hemby had a double eagle on number 12, a 552 yard par 5 during the Children's Home Golf Tournament. Jason hit a 3 iron from 220 yards out in the hole. A double eagle is more rare than a hole in one!

On June 9th, Larry James, a member at Falcon Ridge, got a hole in one on number 8! Larry hit a nine iron from 125 yards. Witnesses were Mike Todd, George Stewart and Don Roberts.

On June 6th, Victor Alstonhit a 3 iron from 155 yards on the tough hole number 3 for a hole in one! Witnesses were playing partners Thomas Long, William Carter and Archie Lunsey.

Another double eagle was recorded by Dave Gremmels on the 500 yard par 5 number 4 on June 9th. He hit a seven iron for his second shot in the hole. Witnesses were Jeff Knox and Ken Spray.

It does happen! We all play in golf tournaments where there is a hole in one prize. How often have you actually played in one where someone actually got one? During the Discover Museum Golf Tournament Don Wall actually got one on hole number 8! He won a complete set of golf clubs. Congratulations Don!!!
